Pillar 3b (Unrestricted Pension)

The "unrestricted" private pension. Basically just normal savings or insurance without the same tax deductions, but with flexible withdrawal.

Useful for wealth exceeding the 3a limit, or for life insurance coverage. Often sold by insurers as "flexible solutions".
