Simple Definition
Legacy payment slips (Red/Orange) with a long reference number. OFFICIALLY DEAD since Oct 2022.
Why this matters to Expats.
If you find an old bill with an orange slip, DO NOT PAY IT. It will be rejected. Ask the sender for a new QR-Bill immediately.

Scams: Scammers still sometimes send fake orange slips hoping people don't notice. If it's not a QR code, throw it away.
